About the Program
The Université de Montréal is the newest member of Pro Bono Students Canada. However, the Faculty of Law has had a successful credit-based program in place for almost 30 years. This program places around 50 students a year with 30 community organizations who are all long-time partners of the program. Since September of 2006, in collaboration with PBSC, the program now has a student coordinator and is looking for ways to expand to include volunteers and to further promote the pro bono ethic amongst all law students.
